  • Saturday 15th: 3 mi run and 1450 y swim
  • Sunday 16th: 1500 y swim and 30 min stationary bike
  • Monday 17th: 3 mi run
  • Tuesday 18th: 40 min stationary bike
  • Wednesday 19th: 3 mi run
  • Thursday 20th: 1700 y swim
  • Friday 21st: off
