Saturday 15th: 3 mi run and 1450 y swim
Sunday 16th: 1500 y swim and 30 min stationary bike
Monday 17th: 3 mi run
Tuesday 18th: 40 min stationary bike
Wednesday 19th: 3 mi run
Thursday 20th: 1700 y swim
Friday 21st: off
